I would support a single development, if ,it was in a place with direct and sensiblely efficient road links directly onto major roads. Not single or barely wide enough two lane roads with multiple issues such flooding , narrow and low bridges, leading through villages with existing traffic problems when when there is a traffic issue! I do not support the ad hoc dispersal either. Ok. No win situation. But maybe the goverent should have asked the district councils to house their own needs before those of London, and the influx of migrants. And thought harder about regenerating the needy north than the over crowded south?!
