BBC News: UK traffic pollution kills 5,000 a year

BBC News reports today that road pollution is more than twice as deadly as traffic accidents, according to a study of UK air quality. According to the study by Environmental Science and Technology, cars and lorries emit right by where people live and work and so have a greater impact.
